After a thorough discovery process, we developed a new brand strategy and an updated visual identity, culminating in the launch of a new website. The site achieved GraceMed’s goals of delivering a top-tier user experience, ensuring brand consistency, and driving a 40% increase in lead generation, along with significant performance improvements.
Key features include geolocation-based personalization, which adjusts the content a visitor sees based on their location, and a dynamic booking form that integrates seamlessly with Zoho CRM.
In the back-end, a custom automated content sync system pulls data from Zoho CRM nightly via the Zoho API, keeping clinic information, staff profiles, and before-and-after images up to date without manual intervention.
The site also features a semantic search engine powered by TypeSense, allowing users to search contextually rather than relying on strict keywords. This advanced search functionality is crucial for plastic surgery, where multiple procedures can address a client’s needs. The search improves discoverability and helps users find relevant options.
